Our interview process
If we think there’s a potential match, we’ll set up an interview to get to know each other (30 – 60 min). After a successful interview, we might ask for a small competency test if you don’t have a lot of public showcases of your skills yet. After, one more call is set up to discuss the test and/or meet some other people on the team before a decision is made.
